Understanding the payment method

Your bills must be paid by pre-authorized credit card payment. The first time you log into the Customer Portal, you will need to add your credit card information. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone at 1-877-294-8999 to add your credit card information.

Note: prepaid, AMEX, and international credit cards are not accepted.

The amount due will be processed on the due date shown on your bill. If you have an outstanding balance at the time of signing up, Internexe will automatically debit the outstanding balance amount.

In order to view your payment transactions, go to the Customer Portal > Account > Payments.

Understanding your bill

Your first bill

Your first monthly bill includes the one-time activation ($45.00) and SIM card ($5.00) fees. These one-time charges, which also cover your first month of service, are non-refundable.

Your monthly bill

Your billing cycle always starts on the first day of the month and ends on the last day. Your monthly bill includes the recurring fees of $25.00/month, paid in advance. Your bill will be issued on the 25th day of the previous month. You will automatically receive an email copy, but you can choose to receive a paper copy. To make changes, please contact us.

Payment due date

The monthly amount of $25.00 + tax will be withdrawn on the 1st of every month.

Viewing your bill

You can view your bill anytime by logging in to the Customer Portal > Account > Invoices. If you are subscribed to Online Bill, you can view up to 7 years of previous bills.

SIM Card Installation Instructions

Important:

Your SIM card comes already activated. Please follow the instructions below to insert the SIM card into your device.

Do NOT modify or alter your SIM card.

Step 1: Make sure your tablet is powered off.

Step 2: Locate your tablet’s SIM card slot and remove the tray.

The SIM card tray and location can vary by tablet. Refer to your tablet’s user guide for help.

Step 3: Place your new SIM card into the tray.

Align the notch on your SIM card with the notch on the tray.

Step 4: Re-insert the tray into your tablet.

Insert the tray into the device completely and in the same orientation that you removed it.

Step 5: Power on your tablet.

Step 6: Make sure data is enabled.

  • For Apple tablets, go to Settings > Cellular Data to turn cellular data on or off;

  • For Samsung tablets, go to Settings > Connections > Data usage to turn cellular data on or off.

In some cases, setting changes might not take immediate effect. If this is the case, try restarting your tablet.

Troubleshooting service availability issues

To troubleshoot “no signal” or “no service messages”:

1. Restart your tablet.

2. Check your coverage and signal strength.

3. Make sure you have airplane mode set to “off.”

4. Make sure the device network mode is set to “auto.”

5. Remove your SIM card and reinsert it.

6. Restart your tablet.

Troubleshooting data problems

1. Restart your tablet.

2. Ensure that data is enabled/turned on.

3. For Apple tablets, go to Settings > Cellular Data to turn cellular data on or off;

4. For Samsung tablets, go to Settings > Connections > Data usage to turn cellur data on or off.

5. Perform a network reset.

6. For Apple tablets, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

7. For Samsung tablets, go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings > Reset settings.

8. Restart your device.

Logging in to the Internexe Customer Portal

To log into the Internexe Customer Portal:

1. Open the email containing your username and temporary password.

2. Go to www.Internexe.com/portal

3. Log in to the Portal.

4. Change your password.

Changing the language of your Customer Portal

The Customer Portal is offered in two languages: English and French.

If you would like to change the language of your Portal, please contact customer service by phone at 1-877-294-8999, or by email at info@internexe.net.

Adding your credit card

To add your credit card:

1. Log in to the Customer Portal at www.internexe.com/portal.

2. Click on Account > Personal Information > Add Credit Card.

3. Complete all required fields.

4. Click on Add Credit Card.
