Internexe has been active in the technology and communications sector since 2004. We offer internet, phone and TV services. We are looking to recruit another dynamic team member to help continue our growth. You will join a passionate team in a great environment in Knowlton. Schedule: 40 hours per week

Status:  Full time and Part Time 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound, outbound calls and emails relating to customer’s requests
  • Sales oriented, promote our products, plan and coordinate service calls and new customer activations/installations
  • Validate customer satisfaction on a regular base,.
  • Manage and follow up customer complaints
  • Other related office tasks

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
  • English and French writing/oral skills are a must
  • Accuracy, customer service oriented
