We are looking to recruit another dynamic team member to help continue our growth. You will join a passionate team in a great environment in Knowlton. Schedule: 40 hours per week

Status:  Full time and Part Time 


  • Handle inbound, outbound calls and emails relating to customer’s requests
  • Sales oriented, promote our products, plan and coordinate service calls and new customer activations/installations
  • Validate customer satisfaction on a regular base,.
  • Manage and follow up customer complaints
  • Other related office tasks


  • Good knowledge of MS Office products
  • English and French writing/oral skills are a must
  • Accuracy, customer service oriented
